This 1977 gottlieb fire queen is the 2 player rare version of the vulcan pinball machine. This pinball has the low production of only 970 made. It is a fun drop target game that features a kick out hole, 5 star rollers & the 9 drop targets (5 of which reset during play), extra balls & specials. Fire queen has the desirable 100,000 scoring for over the top fun and rest assured it is one of the best “drop targets” games that gottlieb ever made. My pinball tech guy who has been in the business for 20 years went through all the electrical issues and got it working 100% currently but it had some issues prior to us working on it, of the “game over” switch. We replaced all burned out bulbs with new. I stripped the playfield and removed all the parts so i could triple wax the playfield with “wildcat pinball playfield cleaner & polish”. When i reassembled the playfield i also replaced all the old rubbers with new. The playfield at some time in the past has been touched up professionally and is in very nice condition. The playfield plastics show very little wear and are mostly just fine, except for one broken piece (shown in the llth picture#2114 by the “extra bonus” area).

It is not that noticeable and does not effect the fun play of the game. The backglass has some small paint flaking in the flesh area of the fire queen’s arms and legs but is not that apparent and is still very presentable. You could use krylon triple thick crystal clear glaze to seal the back of the glass if you choose to help prevent it from any further flaking.

The paint on the body and head are in pretty good condition for being 34 years old, as shown in the pictures! I have polished all the legs with steel wool#0000 and chrome polish and installed 4 new leg levelers.

I installed 1 new mirrored steel ball also. The coin mech was cleaned and tuned & is in 100% working order. It has 2 coin chutes which will operate 1 play for a quarter and drops into the coin box. It has the original coin box. The metal coin door is nice and has no dents (as shown in the pictures).

It comes with keys for both the head and the coin door. This is a nice family oriented pinball and has alot of action and a real blast to play. This would fit in fine with any game room or man cave. The machine is in our home on ground level & we will give you a hand loading if needed. The dimensions of this game are approx. 22″ wide, 55″ long & 70 tall. Price varies based on the travel distance. This machine will leave our house in the condition in which it has been described. We will take pictures as we cardboard corners, pad & shrink wrap the machine, extra care on protecting the backglass. Also we will take pictures of it being loaded on the truck. All these pictures can be emailed to you if you want them.
