Autographed 1978 Kiss Bally Pinball Machine. This is a Kiss and pinball collector’s must have. The backglass was autographed by the original members of the band KISS, however sadly the Paul Stanley autograph has faded away. The machine comes with a letter from the vendor with the great story of its autograph history. I saw the pinball machine in a corner with a “not for sale” tag on it. I asked the vendor about it and he explained it was owned by a local radio station, WRCN, and he is storing it for them. The radio station had acquired the pinball machine which was signed by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons at the studio as part of a KISS tour promotion. A young girl had won the machine and when it was deliverd to her home, her father refused it and demanded the radio station remove it. Long story short the radio station ended up having the machine delivered back to the vendor. I had the vendor call the station and made a good enough offer that they accepted and I became the owner of the machine. Later that same year, 1995, I removed the backglass, bubble wrapped it and took it to a comic book convention in New Jersey. Signing autographs that day were many great people, Adam West, Lee Meriweather, Dee Snyder, but most importantly Peter Criss and Ace Frehley. They both loved the backglass and also owned a KISS machine. I can include a VHS copy of the signing along with a dated letter. Now for the condition. The backglass is very very good with a few chips on the top left corner. The playing field is in very good condition, with no real wear in any areas, just aging. The cabinet is very good and has no real wear or damage. The game plays very well and has been protected in my gameroom for 20 years. It could use a rubber ring and a tune up to speed up the gamee. As a KISS fan and pinball collector, it is time to let another fan enjoy this awesome machine. I need to make room for my Class of 1812 and Fun House in storage. The machine 4′4″ long, 1′10″ wide, 1′8 High and approx 275 lbs. GOOD LUCK KISS AND PINBALL FANS. Any questions please ask. I will also be listing other machines over the next few days.
