Twilight zone pinball machine mod #53220 made 6/25/93 great condition with all manuals and extra bulbs. Includes a full set of play balls + power ball. It does have a coin slot but i never used it. There are some scratches on the inside of the glass from game balls, but everything else is great.

This game is a lot of fun and more difficult then most games. In very good condition, great playfield, new legs. Willing to take more pictures or video even if you like. With more toys and complexity than any other pin it can take years to complete the door and enter the lost zone. So much to do on it and every game is different.

This game is part of wms’ superpin line of widebody games including star trek: the next generation and indiana jones: the pinball adventure and is currently the top-rated electronic pinball machine of all time on the internet pinball machine database and considered by many pinball enthusiasts to be “the most complex pinball game ever designed”. Among its noted features include a working gum ball machine (which deposits balls), a working analog clock (used as a timer for various modes), the powerfield (a small separate play field where the ball is propelled by magnets rather than flippers), and the “powerball”, a white ceramic ball which is lighter than a regular steel ball and is non-magnetic (included with machine). In addition to adapting the theme music from the original tv show, the game’s main background music is a remix of the 1982 hit “twilight zone”, by golden earring all of which is played through the use of a yamaha ym2151 / harris cvsd sound board. Throughout the playfield you will notice references to its namesake tv show, to name a few…

The “twilight zone” is perhaps the most exciting pinball machine ever manufactured! This machine is very nice, powers up and plays, all targets (including gum ball machine and analog clock), sound, display, etc. Work (flipper issue, see note: below for details).
Cosmetically there is very little wrong with this pinball machine, minor scratches, wear! Cabinet, playfield, backglass has brilant color and beautiful artwork throughout, no color fading, paint flaking, etc. The machine has been tested and cleaned. Tests performed include; light test, switch test and solenoid test, everything checks up good, no errors detected and/or reported (flipper issue, see note: below for details). All bulbs replaced and working, rubbers look good.

The playfield has been cleaned (playfield and all parts under glass cleaned and waxed, glass, backglass, cabinet cleaned and vaccumed, detailed cleaning throughout). Looks great, sounds great, alot of action, enjoy! There is a flipper issue that we were unable to address/fix (lack of time). The upper flippers work intermittenly while in play whereas the bottom two work/respond fine. During tests performed there were no errors detected and/or reported but is evedent that top flippers work speratically and not with every flip of bottom pair.
All keys (coin door, backglass) included. Glass was removed while taking pictures of playfield to reduce glare but is intact, no chips, no cracks. Before listing, each machine is powered up and played, all defects are fixed and/or noted within listing. Basic test and maintenance performed (see above for details), photos taken, researched and listed. One hundred various coin operated machines to come.

All plastics are in great condition, no cracks or breaks. Has been in home use for many, many years. All bulbs working, playfield in great shape. We are pinball hobbyists and not experts. The last professional to see this machine described this machine as in very good condition (within the last year).
At that time rewelds were performed in any areas needed. This machine would be an excellent candidate for collector restoration.

Also have uninstalled: promotional speaker covers, backboard decal, fancy glass gumballs, twilight zone light-switch cover, extra leds, flasher lenses, mod replacement parts, custom instruction play cards, and magna-flip sign. This game is not perfect, but is very nice. It was shopped a year ago. To be show condition the legs would need polished, cabinet decals replaced as they are a little faded, and playfield cleaned, their is one plastic on the right side near the gumball shot that could stand to be replaced and the magna-flip sign could be replaced with the included piece. The glass also has a couple of scratches- this game is fully playable without fixing it up to a pristine condition, and really dosen’t need any work unless you are a perfectionist or restoring it for show. This game is one of the most sought after pinball games ever and is definately the funnest pinball game on the planet. This game is infinitely playable and is fun for an experts and kids alike.
This game is drilled on the front of the machine for a lockbar to secure the coins slots which leads me to believe this particular model was meant for arcade use, but does not show that type of wear and has been taken care of. The game was approved for use on 5-27-93 and the back box sticker says 5-30-93 so this is a mid to early production run machine. There are a ton of videos of tz pinball games and mods in action on youtube if you are interested, i can also take more pictures on request. This machine also has a small aiplane mod above the clock.
Also included is a custom keychain for the cabinet keys that has the same picture as the backglass and a squeegee made to apply the backboard decal and an extra cannon mod as well as instructions for the installation of many of the mods. I will be including five extra lamp sockets, three bulbs and a yellow rubber bulb cover, and an extra bump post that was replace by the light up streetlamp mod. I have very high quality pictures and video of the playfield and the machine in action where you can see all of the mods.

Twilight zone pinball machine - 1993 bally. I’m told that this machine is in excellent condition considering its age. To me, excellent means mint or like new, so i would say this machine is in very good overall condition.

Works great, was recently serviced by a seattle technician. Minor decaling nicks here and there and underneath legs (cannot be seen with legs on), machine looks really great. This machine has been in home use for 8 to 10 years.

(see their great website), to name just two carriers. They would have to come here, pack it up and take it out at ground level.

You are looking at a twilight zone pinball that has been well taken care of. This machine has not been refurbished or worked on, it is all original. This game has been in a elegant home in a game room and i just brought it to my home for my son but he doesn’t have much interest. Why keep it when someone else can enjoy it. As far as the condition 1-10 this thing is a 9.5 and working condition is a 10 it is a gem. All the wood sides and back is perfect nothing peeling or faded or bowing. I don’t know much about pinball’s except how to play and with this machine its the best of the best. Please see the pics below: one pic shows the chrome side has a small dent and the side of the case has a small scratch.

Remember these are not big marks just the only thing on the machine i could see that had any wear. I do see there is a hole for a bar but never had one on here and as you can see there are no marks that show a bar. Look at the coin inserts no wear or the door, the coin tray shows no wear..

This was a home machine in a multimillion dollar house. Please look at this machine and realize this is the best machine for sale in the country and will make someone a nice pinball game. Just a fyi: this game is for sale.. And can be seen in st louis mo….

The reason i have perfect feedback is i do what i say! Also everyone : i have received a few messages asking about the credit dot light, i did not have the date and time set.

I just set it and the light is gone.

This is twilight zone pinball machine manufactured by williams/bally/midway in 1993. It is based on rod serling’s 60’s tv series of that title. With it’s many games within the game, including a small pinball playfield, this game will keep one entertained and challenged.

To accomodate all of the unique features included on the playfield, the cabinet is a couple of inches wider than a standard game. The game has been in my private game room for most of it’s life, so it suffered very little commercial abuse.

It has been shopped out, fully refurbished and all features work perfectly, including the clock and powerball sensors.. All of the parts used in the restoration were 90’s vintage genuine nos williams parts, not reproductions. Playfields are near perfect, the cabinet and back translite are all in very good condition. There are a few scratches on the sides of the back head.
Plays very well with nice visuals and sounds.

They were moved to my warehouse and are being cleaned and checked before being powered up. The games can be stored at my warehouse in union il. (45 min nw of oâhare airport) until the chicago coin op show in april. When moved, they just about filled a 24â truck. This one is twilight zone by midway. It powers up and plays well, all the bells and whistles seem to work, has the ceramic ball, the magnets work, the clock works, playfield and backglass seem to be in very nice condition, side graphics are good, bottom of the cabinet has delammed on all 4 sides and needs to be reglued.

Call me day or night if you want to deal. Rowe ami 200 selection 45 rpm juke box. Also have pinbot pinball by williams.

, so here are the details of this particular machine. I would rate this unit about 7/10. The playfield is practically immaculate. The cab is showing wear & if the decals were replaced this machine would be 9/10.

There is major decal fade on the right and a little on the left, as you can see in the photos. There are also 2 lockdown bar holes in the front which are easy to fill. Other than that, minor cosmetic upgrades can be made at your discretion as most everything on this almost 17 year old machine is original. Everything works & no issues! I’ve never had an error message (or “credit dot”) come up all the time (1 year) i’ve enjoyed playing it.

Dmd is bright and no missing dots. It is an early manufacture, may 6th, thus the original white clock face (among other subtle differences), and also note it is a re-import from germany.
The power supply was changed back to a 120vac type for us power by gameroom warehouse in pa. Has the original ceramic “powerball” which is exclusive to this game. Also included: original manual which has some cover wear, a few extra rubber rings, a box of new bulbs, 4 keys, & very full large bottles of mill wax & novus 1 & 2 cleaners. Coin door assembly works great. Locals are welcome to come by and play it to see for yourselves how nice it is!
Keep in mind, depending on where you are located, prices will range from $300-600. Upgrades are listed below, although i will provide you with the original parts as well where noted. Brand new rubber rings, post sleeves, & plunger tip. Professional wax & cleaning - entire machine a lot of work!

Custom made mini playfield blue lamp w/ “twilight zone” & pyramid eye etchings (original included). New starburst bumper caps w/ matching skirts (original, ugly ones, included). 8 ultra-bright leds in clock.
Moved “gumball w/lit” sign to r for ramp visibility. Replaced missing gray switch covers. 5 new high-chrome pinballs (5 other slightly used balls included).

Replaced all burnt-out & missing lamps, original flashers still work! New reinforced “slot machine” & “clock millions” targets (originals included). Newest 9.4h game rom (original included).
