TZ Twilight Zone Pinball Machine 30 Mods! Bally Arcade TZ Twilight Zone Pinball Machine 30 Mods! Bally Arcade TZ Twilight Zone Pinball Machine 30 Mods! Bally Arcade

The machine is fully functional, everything works great, let me rephrase that; it works better than new. I replaced the original roms with the new 9.4 ch which is “custom home” this means you can still use quarters or play for free, it has tons of new options including the lost in the zone (litz) cheat that you play at any time- this is the reward for completing the game- i have the full set of instructions for the new play system and cheats as well as a new owners manual. The mods: “tracy toys” robbie the robot- has lots of leds and function- this took me forever to get and is the best robot on the market because it stays with the color scheme of the playfield- i tried to keep the playfield semi-dark while adding mods.

Swimming mannequin mod, old style chrome rocket mod with flashing tail, gramaphone mod, car mod that matches the car on the dot matrix display and on the playfield with full time dash light and flashing headlights, streetlight light up mod, dr. Daemons love potion mod, skull mod that fits over a flasher, multi- colored flashing rolling slot machine mod- this is the best slot mod you can get and was a limited run- the ball also passes through the mod, pyramid mod- flashing, books and glasses mod, brass clock mod- flashing, gumballs mod, cannon mod- flashing, miniature gumball mod- flashing, santa hat and life preserver add ons, piano mod, target decals, newest sound roms, newest chipset roms 9.4 ch, door flasher mod, tv mod- flashing, camera mod- flashing, multicolored flashing lights in the ? (doorknob) and clock millions on playfield, no bounce out magnet mod, clear protectors. Also have uninstalled: promotional speaker covers, backboard decal, fancy glass gumballs, twilight zone light-switch cover, extra leds, flasher lenses, mod replacement parts, custom instruction play cards, and magna-flip sign.

This game is fully playable without fixing it up to a pristine condition, and really dosen’t need any work unless you are a perfectionist or restoring it for show. This game is one of the most sought after pinball games ever and is definately the funnest pinball game on the planet. This game is infinitely playable and is fun for an experts and kids alike.

This game is drilled on the front of the machine for a lockbar to secure the coins slots which leads me to believe this particular model was meant for arcade use, but does not show that type of wear and has been taken care of. The game was approved for use on 5-27-93 and the back box sticker says 5-30-93 so this is a mid to early production run machine.

Machine is in excellent working condition with new steel pinballs and the original powerball. The playfield was just cleaned and waxed as well as the plastics. I would rate this machine an 8.5-9 out of 10 as the pictures show the small imperfections.

Included is the original operating manual as well. New powdercoated black legs and levelers just installed.

New white rubbers have been installed as well as new powdercoated legs and levelers.

Twilight Zone Pinball machine

If your looking, you know what i have. For sale is my twilight zone pinball machine made by bally. It is in excellent condition with many custom parts/mods and it is from my personal collection. The settings are for non-coin usage. The left flipper sticks a bit, but i spray it with wd and it’s ok.
The kids are grown and i don’t have use for this anymore. I do not have access or the know how to do this.

Fyi: i had someone ask me what made this excellent condition, i guess it’s not excellent as they said it wasn’t in a box. Hello again, date: 30th sept, 4:53am. I had a person ask me what “custom mods/parts” were added. I counted the disconnection as a modification and the new thicker glass replaced. It isn’t in out of the box excellent condition and there are no upgrades, except glass replacement, as the person prior had thin, thin glass in it.

Twilight Zone Pinball Machine - Home Use Only Twilight Zone Pinball Machine - Home Use Only Twilight Zone Pinball Machine - Home Use Only

This machine was never out on a route/in a bar or arcade. The machine has only 802 total plays since new. Twilight zone was one of the most popular pinball machines ever produced by famed designer pat lawlor, and to find one in this condition is nearly impossible.

The game is in pristine condition (looks like it just came out of the box), and it works/plays flawlessly. All of the boards, coils, mechanics are 100% original. If you are looking for a “museum piece” this twilight zone is for you.

For sale is my custom twilight zone pinball machine made by bally. It is in excellent condition with many custom parts/mods and new parts. It is from my personal collection. I began collecting pinballs in 1999 and all of my machines are wpc/wpc 95 games. The lone exception is my elvis. The cabinet is basically perfect, … No fade, no security holes, no touch-ups, no chips in the wood etc. Playfield is also in excellent condition with no wear at all, even in the shooter lane. No lifting on any of the inserts. Machine has just been waxed and it plays very fast. All of the electronics are in excellent condition.

No hacks or burnt connectors, all boards match along with the cabinet. A brand new pinled dot matrix board was added along with a brand new dmd display.

A brand new clock board has been installed. New batteries were also added. The games plays 100% and is just plug and play. Can play up to four people at a time. Some of the mods that come with the game are: dead end lamp post, custom instruction and pricing cards on the apron, clear plastic sling shot protectors, mirror polished chrome lock down bar, mirror chrome side rails, robby the robot, (non lit) pyramid, color light changing led in door knob and clock millions inserts, custom target decals from pinball inc.

Full led conversion, including gi & flasher lights, custom backboard decal, gumballs in the gummball machine, collect spiral w/lit sign, led strip to light up the back of the game, new custom twilight zone tv with over 30 pics of the actual tv series, lazer cut tz lamp over mini playfield, custom coin door decals. I may have missed a few. Brand new white rubbers were just added to the game this weekend. New blue flipper buttons come with the game also.

Everything on the game is clean including the underside of the playfield and the inside of the cabinet. No water damage inside of the cabinet or any corrosion on any of the metal parts. Shooter rod has the correct spring on it. Coin door looks brand new inside and out. Translite is in excellent condition.
Game still has original blinking #545 lights in the head cabinet. Legs are in excellent condition.

The machine has always been well maintained. I probably have left something out so if you have any questions, please ask. You are more than welcomed to come view/play machine, or send a friend if out of state.
I can hold the machine for the upcoming holidays if needed as long as the machine is paid for. I have more pictures for anyone interested.

I can only list 12 here. Pictures does not do justice for the mirror chrome lock down bar and siderails. Manual, oringinal coin box and lid and custom 9.4 home rom is incuded with machine. It could be more or less.

Thanks for your time and interest.

Bally twilight zone pinball machine. You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension… You’re moving into a land of shadow and substance… Super clean playfield with very little wear.

100% working - plays perfectly. Produced in 1993 by bally/midway. This machine is in great condition as evidenced in the below photos (i took the glass off for the photos). The number one rated machine of all time in beautiful condition. Cabinet is in great condition, super clean inside and out. Playfield was cleaned and waxed. Everything is working as it should, including all magnets, gumball machine, powerball and clock. No broken ramps or plastics. Dont miss out on a classic machine! Tv series of the same name. It was first released in 1993 by. This game is part of wms.

Line of widebody games alongside. Star trek: the next generation. Indiana jones: the pinball adventure. Following the huge success of. Pinball game, midway gave lawlor full creative control over the design of his next game, and the result is what many pinball enthusiasts consider to be “the most complex pinball game ever designed”.

Among its noted features include a working gumball machine (which deposits balls), a working analog clock (used as a timer for various modes), the powerfield (a small separate play field where the ball is propelled by magnets rather than flippers), and the “powerball”, a white. Ball which is lighter than a regular steel ball and is non-magnetic. In addition to adapting the theme music from the original tv show, the game’s main. Is a remix of the 1982 hit.

Tim kitzrow provided the voice of. Unbelievable depth, featuring powerball, magnetic playfield to battle the power, the gumball machine, the clock, the player piano, and the slot machine. This game has so many facets it will keep you going for years.

There are so many different modes, awards, and challenges that it takes a week just to learn what most of them are! The door panel in the middle of the playfield has 14 separate modes, all of which must be completed to attain the “lost in the zone” 6-ball multiball. “battle the power”: the ball goes to the upper mini-playfield where large electromagnets act as invisible flippers. The player can use the flipper buttons to activate the magnets, which of course attract the steel pinball.

The trick is to let the ball roll past the magnet, then briefly activate it to sling the ball upwards toward the goal at the top of the power field. Very different, and amazing to see. Âthe analog clockâ: this is used as a countdown timer in some modes, giving the player an idea of time remaining in whatever mode is running. The clock can run at varying speeds and in either direction. In the mode called “clock chaos”, the clock starts at 6:00 and slowly runs backward to 12.

During this time, if the ball hits a certain target, the clock reverses direction and speeds up. The player can keep hitting the clock target to reverse the clock and get big points, but each time the clock gets faster and faster!

Inevitably, the clock reaches 12:00 and the mode ends, often leaving the player breathless. Âthe gumball machineâ holds 3 or 4 balls during the game. Shooting both ramps enables the player to “load a gumball” by shooting a pinball into the upper arch area. This causes a large point award and the gumball machine dispenses another pinball to the playfield. The gumball machine also holds the powerball (see below), and when it gets released, watch out!

Âthe powerballâ: this is a ceramic pinball, about 30% lighter than the steel ones. That may not sound like much, but the powerball moves so much faster than the regular balls that it makes the game very exciting (and difficult). In addition to the sheer speed of this ball, the game distracts the player with a loud voice demanding the powerball back, along with dazzling flash lamp bursts. All this makes it quite hard to keep the powerball in play, but also very rewarding when the player is able to return it to the gumball machine, starting a 3-ball multiball (thankfully with the regular steel balls). A great, and unique, innovation.
Âthe powerfieldâ: an upper mini-playfield with user-controllable electromagnets instead of flippers. This is really wild; the player must try to time the magnet pulses so that the ball goes up to the top of the mini-playfield and through a hole. Seems impossible at first but with some practice it can be done almost consistently. Of course, there is a timer counting down that cuts power to the magnets when time runs out. Oh yes, the more the ball bounces around on the powerfield the more points are accumulated (and this is doubled if the ball goes through the top hole).

The game is described on the internet pinball database. The rules for this very challenging and fun game are here. (please request additional pictures for if you would like more detail on any of the above).
