This game is in pristine condition. Not a wear spot anywhere, no chipped or cracked plastics. The translight is perfect, and no cabinet fading. This game has been completely disassembled, cleaned, and waxed. It shines beautifully the pictures just don’t do it justice. Every thing on this game is very very clean. The inside of the head has literally been opened less than 5 times.

It has very low plays on it and will give many many years of enjoyment. Every single light bulb was replaced with new ones and 7 new pinballs were installed. (4 are used to play the game, 3 are captive), brand new playfield glass, leg bolts, and leg levelers installed, the legs themselves look basically new. It comes with 2 nos sling shot plastics, and some extra target decals that came with the game when it was brand new.

Coin box is included, it is currently running cpu rom 2.05, and display rom 2.0. These are the most stable roms for this game. It is the only after market part to the game. I put these in versus the 1.0 roms the game originally came with for better game play.

According to the previous owner she worked for the company that created all of the toys to promote the godzilla movie, when the pin was released her boss (the owner) got this game for free and then gave it to her. I have no original receipt and i cannot prove that its huo but i trust the lady i bought it from and its definitely looks home use only.

It has also been touched up and re-stenciled giving it a much newer look! All of the lights and rubber bumpers are new! The backglass & playfield are in great condition! Just in time for christmas!!!!!!!! This is an extremely rare pinball as stern made less than 900 of these. I believe this is still the only pinball machine to date to be made with a plastic playfield. This one is even harder to find as it was one of the few that was originally built with a speech board. Machine is in good working condition. Background sounds and speech board are working perfectly. Original mpu is very clean. I did find two targets on the playfield that are not scoring. Everything else on this machine seems to be working nicely. The cabinet is very nice with some scratches here and there as shown in pictures.
The playfield will never wear. The backglass looks very nice. Playfield will be cleaned and new rubbers added before machine leaves. Don’t miss out on this hard to find pinball.

For sale is my twilight zone pinball machine. I have owned it for many years and taken extremely good care of it.

I removed the top glass in order to take pictures without any glare, but the glass itself is in excellent condition. I have gone over everything on the machine and each part, flippers, bumpers, targets, rollovers, etc. I checked the clock (which is the part of the machine that gives the most trouble) and ran it through the system test to assure it works fine.

One thing that is interesting about the clock is that, when the machine is turned on but not being played, the clock shows the correct time of day (presuming you put the correct time into the machine using the setup utilities). The sound is clear and the scoring display is bright. The pinballs and ceramic powerball are all in very good condition. I upgraded the machine with a few features.

I upgraded the rom to version 9.4h. This is the home version of the latest rom and is free play only. A nice feature of this update is you can “mute and pause” the ball while it is in play on the machine.

The flipper will hold the ball for up to fifteen minutes. Also, you can practice the “lost in the zone” finale (which is very difficult to get to when playing the game). I added a red piano upgrade under the clock. I added plastic gumballs to the gumball machine. The machine comes with the 164 page operations manual in an electronic pdf file. When you pick it up, i will go over the machine with you and show you how to use the set-up and adjustment menus so you can adjust the difficulty of the game to your specifications. It still has the original drop targets! It does power up and play with exceptions. Gameplay: the game seems to function.

Sometimes you have to turn on/off a couple times for it to power up. The 4th player display is dim.

A few bulbs are out. The animation motor in the back is disconnected. The sounds and speech function. Lower playfield works ball pops up to upper level fine.

Remember: even thought the game functions long term relaibility is insured by doing the upgrades(grounds, connectors etc)more info is available online. Electronics: boards are very clean. No acid damage evident on cpu board. Power supply has discoloration near some diodes/resistors etc. Motor is bad for animation.

This is a beautiful 1990 data east the simpsons pinball machine that has just been completely shopped out and 100% working. Playfield was stripped, cleaned & waxed and all plastic parts were ultrasonically cleaned and metals parts were tumbled to a shine as. This is one of my favorite pinball machines all time! This is a fun family themed pinball machine that is ready to go, just plug and play!
