It’s time to clean out my basement to build a teen hang out room for my 2 boys. Here is a black knight pinball machine that i originally bought from tnt amusements about 20 years ago. Black knight is a truly revolutionary classic game that made all other pinballs obsolete when it came out. Last week i had a friend of mine, who is a professional pinball repair person, take a look at it. After installing a new battery holder, he got the machine to boot up. Once we tried to play it , it would blow the solenoid fuse. He said that the board would need to be sent out for repair. I’m clearing out lots of games, videos, bicycles, etc. I have a video of the machine booting up if you want to see it. I can send it to you on my iphone. Cosmetically the game is very nice. There is very little playfield ware. Some ware on the magna-save areas, and some tiny chips by the slingshots. See the photos for better explanation. The cabinet has been retouched as it has the typical battle scars for its age, but overall it’s very nice. The plastics are not cracked. There are extra score cards, and the original instruction manual. Now here’s the best part. The backglass is new! Tnt gave me a new glass when i bought it. I don’t remember if it’s nos or a reproduction, but it’s in perfect shape. If anyone knows how to tell the difference, then let me know and i’ll add it to the description. Black knight backglasses are notorious for flaking, so this is a huge attribute for this game. I live just outside philadelphia, pa.
