Bally Hardbody pinball machine. Cabinet, playfield, and backglass in very nice condition. Comes up in test mode and stuck there. Pretty sure the battery is dead, no corrosion I can see on battery or board. Sometimes the MPU board blinks 7 times but it does not come up all the way in test mode, sometimes it does.
